i have been very fortunate in my life to be raised by a parent who worked in technology for over forty years and who instilled in me a healthy curiosity for new technology and distrust in the intentions of large corporations. both my parents also taught me that the best way to combat illiteracy is to provide open access to knowledge. so that's what i'm doing.
this page will be the landing point for every guide i write to help you (the person reading this) understand your computer better. if the link is active, that means the page exists; if it isn't, that means i'm planning to write it but it doesn't quite exist in a form i am happy with.
